Scientists link creativity to insanity

Creativity and insanity are not that different according to scientists.
After many years of studying human’s mind, scientists from Karolinska Institute in Sweden found that the though pathways of creative people are quite similar to those of people with schizophrenia. Both lack some important receptors used to direct and filter thoughts. It could be this uninhibited processing that allows creative people to “think outside the box”. That could lead to mental illness in some people. But rather than a clear division, experts suspect a continuum, with some people having psychotic traits but few negative symptoms.
Many of the artists, writers and theorists, who are known for their high creativity have also had mental illnesses – Vincent van Gogh, Salvador Dali, John Nash (mathematician portrayed by Russell Crowe in the movie A Beautiful Mind) and many more. Creativity is often associated with an increased risk of depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
Well known fact is that people who have mental illness history in their family have a higher chance of being more creative.
Professor Fredrik Ullen believes his discovery could help explain why. He looked at the brain’s dopamine receptor genes which experts believe govern divergent thought. He found that highly creative people who did well on tests of divergent thought had a lower than expected density of D2 receptors in the thalamus – same as people with schizophrenia. The thalamus serves as a relay centre, filtering information before it reaches areas of the cortex, which is responsible, among other things, for cognition and reasoning.
“Fewer D2 receptors in the thalamus probably means a lower degree of signal filtering, and thus a higher flow of information from the thalamus,” says Professor Ullen. |
He believes that barrage of uncensored information is what ignites the creativity. This would explain how highly creative people manage to see unusual connections in problem-solving situations that other people miss. Schizophrenics share this same ability to make novel associations. But in schizophrenia, it results in bizarre and disturbing thoughts. UK psychologist and member of the British Psychological Society Mark Millard said the overlap with mental illness might explain the motivation and determination creative people share.

“Creativity is uncomfortable. It is their dissatisfaction with the present that drives them on to make changes. Creative people, like those with psychotic illnesses, tend to see the world differently to most. It’s like looking at a shattered mirror. They see the world in a fractured way. There is no sense of conventional limitations and you can see this in their work. Take Salvador Dali, for example. He certainly saw the world differently and behaved in a way that some people perceived as very odd.”

Some companies have  secure, secret laboratories for their highly creative staff where they can freely experiment without disrupting the daily business.
Chartered psychologist Gary Fitzgibbon says an ability to “suspend disbelief” is one way of looking at creativity.
“When you suspend disbelief you are prepared to believe anything and this opens up the scope for seeing more possibilities. Creativity is certainly about not being constrained by rules or accepting the restrictions that society places on us. Of course the more people break the rules, the more likely they are to be perceived as ‘mentally ill’.
He works as an executive coach helping people to be more creative in their problem solving behavior and thinking styles.
“The result is typically a significant rise in their well being, so as opposed to creativity being associated with mental illness it becomes associated with good mental health.”

Beat The System With This List Of 40 Free Educational Websites

According to www.webometrics.info, there are more than 17 000 universities in the world, but getting a degree in many of them is quite costly. Many students around the world(and their families) get into big debts or have to work over sixty hours a week in order to afford an Education. Two thirds of the US college seniors who graduated in 2011 had student loan debt, with an average of over 27 000 USD per person. Reading those statistics I can’t stop thinking about those words from over 30 years ago:
With mass education, it turned out that most people could be taught to read and write. In the same way, once we have computer outlets in every home, each of them hooked up to enormous libraries, where you can ask any question and be given answers, you can look up something you’re interested in knowing, however silly it might seem to someone else. – Isaac Asiov
Isaac Asimov died in 1992, but if he could see the opportunities that the Internet is giving us in XXI century he would probably grin from ear to ear. Getting a degree in an university might be expensive, but there are much better options.
There are many websites on the Internet that now offer FREE of charge learning materials. Why You Should Consider Dating A Girl Who Reads

Here are some things I’ve learned from my long-term relationship with a bookworm:
Gossip bores her.
She doesn’t really care about rumors that revolve within social media or work/school. Have you read “Their Eyes Were Watching God”?
She has something to say on every topic.
You know those weird moments when two people stare at each other in awkward silence, not knowing what to talk about?  That won’t happen with a girl who reads.
She is easy to buy gifts for.
Every time you want to surprise your special girl and get her something nice, it will be quite easy for you – just go to the local bookstore and pick a book or anything that is sold there. You will have to know her favorite writers/genres, but it’s much easier than picking a dress or perfume, believe me.
You’ll know what she’s doing most of the time.
What can I say? She’s quite loyal to her books :)
She can stay up for hours.
She’s used to staying up past midnight reading, so she could be quite a lively and fun company in the late hours.
She doesn’t need much to have a good time.
When I was at my old job, my boss sent me on a business trip to a mountain resort, so I decided to take my girl with me. Unfortunately, I was so busy for 5 days that I barely spent any time with her. Was she sad? No, not at all, she had a whole suitcase full of books with her, I think she managed to have some fun there.
She’s not too clingy.
She needs her personal time. She knows when it’s time to be sweet as long as you know when it’s time to be silent.
She learns from the greatest authors
She doesn’t claim anything, unless she has read or studied it well. Most bookworms have grand knowledge of things most people have no idea of.
She’s probably a dreamer and will support every crazy idea you have.
Dreams make up a big portion of her life and as long as you support her in that, she will always be with you in every wacky undertaking. When I quit my job to start my websites, she was probably the only one who supported me. My journey was hard and if it wasn’t for her, I wouldn’t have made it.
Thank you Eevee <3 p="">

“It’s no wonder that truth is stranger than fiction. Fiction has to make sense.”
“Let us live so that when we come to die even the undertaker will be sorry.”
“When your friends begin to flatter you on how young you look, it’s a sure sign you’re getting old.”
You may know Mark Twain for some of his very popular books like Adventures of Huckleberry Finn and The Adventures of Tom Sawyer. He was a writer and also a humorist, satirist and lecturer.
Twain is known for his many – and often funny – quotes. Here are a few of my favourite tips from him.
1. Approve of yourself.
“A man cannot be comfortable without his own approval.”
If you don’t approve of yourself, of your behaviour and actions then you’ll probably walk around most of the day with a sort of uncomfortable feeling. If you, on the other hand, approve of yourself then you tend to become relaxed and gain inner freedom to do more of what you really want.
This can, in a related way, be a big obstacle in personal growth. You may have all the right tools to grow in some way but you feel an inner resistance. You can’t get there.
What you may be bumping into there are success barriers. You are putting up barriers in your own mind of what you may or may not deserve. Or barriers that tell you what you are capable of. They might tell you that you aren’t really that kind of person that could this thing that you’re attempting.
Or if you make some headway in the direction you want to go you may start to sabotage for yourself. To keep yourself in a place that is familiar for you.
So you need give yourself approval and allow yourself to be who you want to be. Not look for the approval from others. But from yourself. To dissolve that inner barrier or let go of that self-sabotaging tendency. This is no easy task and it can take time.
2. Your limitations may just be in your mind.
“Age is an issue of mind over matter. If you don’t mind, it doesn’t matter.”
So many limitations are mostly in our minds. We may for instance think that people will disapprove because we are too tall, too old or balding. But these things mostly matter when you think they matter. Because you become self-conscious and worried about what people may think.
And people pick up on that and may react in negative ways. Or you may interpret anything they do as a negative reaction because you are so fearful of a bad reaction and so focused inward on yourself.
If you, on the other hand, don’t mind then people tend to not mind that much either. And if you don’t mind then you won’t let that part of yourself become a self-imposed roadblock in your life.
It is, for instance, seldom too late to do what you want to do.
3. Lighten up and have some fun.
“Humor is mankind’s greatest blessing.”
“Against the assault of laughter nothing can stand.”
Humor and laughter are amazing tools. They can turn any serious situation into something to laugh about. They can lighten the mood just about anywhere.
And a lighter mood is often a better space to work in because now your body and mind isn’t filled to the brim with negative emotions. When you are more light-hearted and relaxed then the solution to a situation is often easier to both come up with and implement. Have a look at Lighten Up! for more on this topic.
4. Let go of anger.
“Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured.”
Anger is most of the time pretty pointless. It can cause situations to get out of hand. And from a selfish perspective it often more hurtful for the one being angry then the person s/he’s angry at.
So even if you feel angry at someone for days recognize that you are mostly just hurting yourself. The other person may not even be aware that you are angry at him or her. So either talking to the person and resolving the conflict or letting go of anger as quickly as possible are pretty good tips to make your life more pleasurable.
5. Release yourself from entitlement.
“Don’t go around saying the world owes you a living. The world owes you nothing. It was here first.”
When you are young your mom and dad may give a lot of things. As you grow older you may have a sort of entitlement. You may feel like the world should just give you what you want or that it owes you something.
This belief can cause a lot of anger and frustration in your life. Because the world may not give you what expect it to. On the other hand, this can be liberating too. You realize that it is up to you to shape your own life and for you to work towards what you want. You are not a kid anymore, waiting for your parents or the world to give you something.
You are in the driver’s seat now. And you can go pretty much wherever you want.
6. If you’re taking a different path, prepare for reactions.
“A person with a new idea is a crank until the idea succeeds.”
I think this has quite a bit of relevance to self-improvement.
If you start to change or do something different than you usually do then people may react in different ways. Some may be happy for you. Some may be indifferent. Some may be puzzled or react in negative and discouraging ways.
Much of these reactions are probably not so much about you but about the person who said it and his/her life. How they feel about themselves is coming through in the words they use and judgements they make.
And that’s OK. I think it’s pretty likely that they won’t react as negatively as you may imagine. Or they will probably at least go back to focusing on their own challenges pretty soon.
So what other people may say and think and letting that hold you back is probably just fantasy and barrier you build in your mind.
You may find that when you finally cross that inner threshold you created then people around you may not shun you or go chasing after you with pitchforks. :) They might just go: “OK”.
7. Keep your focus steadily on what you want.
“Drag your thoughts away from your troubles… by the ears, by the heels, or any other way you can manage it.”
What you focus your mind on greatly determines how things play out. You can focus on your problems and dwell in suffering and a victim mentality. Or you can focus on the positive in situation, what you can learn from that situation or just focus your mind on something entirely else.
It may be “normal” to dwell on problems and swim around in a sea of negativity. But that is a choice. And a thought habit. You may reflexively start to dwell on problems instead of refocusing your mind on something more useful. But you can also start to build a habit of learning to gain more and more control of where you put your focus.
8. Don’t focus so much on making yourself feel good.
“The best way to cheer yourself up is to try to cheer somebody else up.”
This may be a bit of a counter-intuitive tip. But as I wrote yesterday, one of the best ways to feel good about yourself is to make someone else feel good or to help them in some way.
This is a great way to look at things to create an upward spiral of positivity and exchange of value between people. You help someone and both of you feel good. The person you helped feels inclined to give you a hand later on since people tend to want to reciprocate. And so the both of you are feeling good and helping each other.
Those positive feelings are contagious to other people and so you may end up making them feel good too. And the help you received from your friend may inspire you to go and help another friend. And so the upward spiral grows and continues.
9. Do what you want to do.
“Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did so. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.”
Awesome quote. And I really don’t have much to add to that one. Well, maybe to write it down and keep it as a daily reminder – on your fridge or bathroom door – of what you can actually do with your life.

19 ways to go from no energy to full blast (without caffeine)

There’s nothing worse than plugging along like a trooper and suddenly running out of steam. If having no energy is becoming your status quo, here are 19 simple and natural ways to blast through the blahs so you can get back to business.

1. Eat chia seeds

These itty bitty seeds have so much going on they should be wearing itty bitty capes: They’re packed with B vitamins, fiber and protein, all of which will give you the pick-me-up you need.

2. Walk

A 10-minute walk can boost your energy for up to two hours!

3. Drink more water

Dehydration equals fatigue. Make sure you have water on hand for when you feel thirsty.

4. Yawn

Yawning cools down your brain, which wakes it up.

5. Know your pressure points

Throw a few acupressure techniques in your arsenal: Increase energy by massaging your earlobes to the tops of your ears for 30 seconds with your index fingers and thumbs. Pinching the point between your thumb and forefinger for several minutes will also give you a quick energy boost.

6. Sit up straight

Proper posture allows proper blood flow throughout your body, and among other things improves mental alertness.

7. Get dolled up

When you look frumpy, you feel frumpy. Put more effort in your appearance and you’ll be strutting around in no time.

8. Enjoy more magnesium

Not having enough magnesium in your diet will zap your energy. Munch on pumpkin seeds, almonds, cashews and spinach more often.

9. Brighten your day

Wear bright clothing and surround yourself with bright colors in your home and office. Yellow’s known for boosting optimism, while scarlet red stimulates your aggressive, ambitious side.

10. Take a whiff

Keep the scent of cinnamon around, which reduces fatigue and makes you feel more alert. If you don’t have cinnamon handy, peppermint and citrus scents are also fabulous for those moments of no energy.

11. Hang with energetic friends

We all have a friend or two who are the female equivalent to the Energizer Bunny. When you need a lift, give them a call or spend some time with them. Energy is contagious!

12. Clean

Nothing lowers your energy level more than clutter and mess. Throw on some upbeat music and organize the areas of your home you spend the most time in.

13. Ignore time

Book one day a month as a deadline and obligation-free day just for you. Drop everything and spend the day doing what you feel compelled to do in the moment. It’s a refreshing way to give yourself a boost when you have no energy.

14. Sing

When listening to upbeat music, take it one step further by singing along to the song. Singing offers an emotional high while reducing stress hormones. Cha-ching! (But if you’re tone-deaf like me, perhaps stick to shower and car performances.)

15. Laugh

Watch a funny movie or show, talk to a comical friend or check out ridiculous YouTube videos.Laughter reduces blood pressure and stress hormones, and helps get rid of that weighed down feeling of having no energy.

16. Go outside

Being outside for just a few minutes enhances your mood and memory, not to mention sunshine increases levels of vitamin D which helps fight depression.

17. Get it over with

By “it,” I’m referring to that nagging chore you keep putting off. Whether it’s something at work you’ve been avoiding or that horrendous pile of dirty laundry, when it’s finally done you’ll feel a huge surge of energy that will pick you up for the rest of the day.

18. Bring nature indoors

Surround yourself with plants, scenic prints of places that inspire you, open your windows – do everything you can to bring more nature into your everyday life.

19. Get to know your rhythm

We all have specific times of the day where we feel energized, and others where we feel sluggish and unmotivated. Figure out when you’re at your energy peak and use that time to get your most important tasks done, leaving not-so-important ones (or ones that don’t take a lot of energy) for when you have no energy but still need to truck along.
How do you give yourself a boost when you have no energy?

Fun Game To Attract More Money

Guest: If you’re trying to create a situation, or you are creating a situation, and you’re shooting Energy to that vortex, and let’s say there’s a certain thing that you have to have — it’s money. Okay, I hate to say it, but it’s money — and if you say, well okay I’m going to create this, but you have to put a time limit on it because you…
Abraham: You need it.
Guest: Yeah, right, something you can’t have unless you have it. Is that shooting yourself in the foot?
Abraham: Usually. Now, here is the thing. A lot of people that are teaching goal setting will say to you, “set your goal”, and by that, they mean, decide what you want and when you want it. Well, the advantage of that is it makes it feel more real. If you can say, one month from now, or, one year from now, it gives you a more tangible feeling place. The disadvantage of it is that if you’ve never done it, in all of your 29 years, and now you’re saying, “I’m going to do it in two months or one month or six months”, — you defeat your purpose because you cast doubt on it. In other words, you vibrationally ask for something you don’t believe, so every time you think about it, the negative belief rears its ugly head.
So what you want to do is just pay attention to the way you feel, and if you say, “I want to have it” or “I’ve got to have it and I’ve got to have it fast”, and you feel that discomfort, then know that whatever you’re doing, right there, isn’t working for you. And then, as you start talking about why you want it and you start pretending that it has happened, or you start envisioning that it has happened, and you feel that discomfort sort of ease up, and you feel yourself starting to feel a little lighter about it, now you know the Energy’s flowing. And so, then next time you think about it, you might have to go through the same process again of feeling uncomfortable and then bringing yourself to a place of ease. But it doesn’t take too many times of transmuting that Energy — from a place of a knot in your stomach to feeling better — before you’ve transmuted your basic point of attraction relative to that subject. And it doesn’t take too much of that before something starts to break loose. In other words, the Universe gives you the break that your Energy now deserves. And we don’t mean that in a judging term.
Somebody said, “There is no justice.” And we say, there is utter justice. You all get exactly what you deserve. Meaning, you’re all getting exactly what you’re vibrationally offering. So just play with it. Think and feel, think and feel, think and feel. If there’s something that you really want, like, when you said “money”; in other words, you’re almost embarrassed to even talk about it, because you can feel how negative it makes you feel even to think about it. Let us give you some sort of practical, fast approaches to this. Every time you spend money for anything, appreciate the fact that you had it to spend. Even if you think you’re spending it unwisely, even if you shouldn’t be spending it for this and should be saving it for something else, even if, when you spend it, it will deplete your checking account to a place that is uncomfortably low, even under those conditions — appreciate the fact that you had it to spend. “I am so happy to spend this money.”
Now, let’s talk about that subject of “tithing” for just a moment. A lot of people ask about tithing, because they have been told that there is benefit in it. And they’re usually told that by those who will receive the benefit from their tithing. In other words, “tithing is a good thing, give your money to me and your life will be better,” is the general picture of tithing. The reason that tithing is beneficial is because, if you feel abundant enough that you have excess that you don’t have to have — the excess is a vibration of Well-being. In other words, “I’ve not only got enough money for what I need, I have extra money,” and so, it’s that vibration of Well-being that allows more dollars to flow. So we encourage that you “tithe” your clothing account, that you “tithe” your vacation account, that you “tithe” your eating-at-a-special-restaurant account. In other words, you don’t have to tithe a church or a guru. Tithe yourself, but get into the attitude of excess. In other words, “not only can I meet my basic requirements, but I have excess that I can do other things with,” because it’s that vibration of abundance, that vibration of excess.
So, something that you can do that gets you in that flow, right away, is looking around at your personal possessions and noticing how many things you have that cost money. I’ve got…add up how much your stuff is really worth. In other words, I spent money on…add up how many meals you’ve eaten, how much money you’ve blown on food that you no longer have to call assets. You see what we’re getting at? As you start thinking in terms of all of the money that’s passed through your hands you get a sense of the abundance of dollars, in and out, in and out, in and out, in and out.
Now, what makes many of you feel lackful of money is that you don’t have a big pile of it sitting around somewhere. And we say, no problem. You don’t have a big pile of air sitting around, either. You don’t have a big pile of Energy sitting around. It’s not what it’s for. It’s the utilization of it that is the power of it; in and out, in and out, in and out, in and out. So rather than feeling lackful because there isn’t excess money or extra money, just enjoy the money that is there; in and out, in and out, in and out and you get this sense of “the money is just like the Energy,” it is just like the oxygen, it is always there. There is as much there as is ever needed — and you can start identifying what you will do with it: “If I had an extra $100, I would do that.” Now, a process that we have seen work, incredibly well, is to put an extra $100 in your pocket. Find it from somewhere, carry it in your pocket and note how many things that please you you could do with it if you really wanted to. Somebody said, “Abraham, you obviously haven’t been around lately, because $100 won’t go very far.” And we say, if you spend it 1,000 times today, mentally, that’s $100,000 that you have projected. In other words, “I would buy that, I could buy that; We could eat there; We could do this; We could stay there; It is a down payment on this.” You see what we’re getting at? And as you mentally project that…And something about actually having it, makes it feel real. It’s not a fantasy anymore. In other words, “I’ve got it.” You can even take it out and look at it. You could see something in a window and say, “You know, if I really wanted that, if I wanted that more than the feeling of Well-being that this $100 offers me, I could just exchange it right now. ” But if you keep the $100 in your pocket and mentally spend it again and again and again and again, what happens is, that vortex opens. In other words, as you mentally expend it, you mentally bring it in, as you mentally expend it, you mentally bring it in, as you mentally expend it, you mentally bring it in until soon it is physically coming to you. Soon it is physically coming in and physically going out, physically coming in and physically going out — but you have to start with the mental projection of it first. And then, before you know it, you have more money than you know what to do with. Truly, we’re not kidding you. It becomes, then, a new process of determining what you’re going to do with it. In other words, managing your money, letting it flow, having the fun of it, taking it to the bank, you see. Good.

Remember?

Beloved, there is always more to say! There is always more, that is the miraculous nature of the universe, so if you are feeling otherwise, it’s a sign that you are not in the flow. It’s okay, it happens. It is just important to remember that this feeling of not sailing because the wind is not blowing is just a phase. There is always more to do and say and grow and expand and accomplish and give and experience and flow, and just simply more ands and ands… Thinking otherwise will keep you stuck even when the wind starts to move again. And so it is this time of year of new growth and rejuvenation and birth. It helps. Calling in more light to you always helps. Requesting that it sharpen helps. There is no need to accept dull and out of focus. Spirit never is, but the receptor can be (respectfully true!). So just choose otherwise. You are not dull or stuck or boring or complete. It is true that you may be tired, but that is just temporal. So rest. Be in nature to recharge. Be self-nourishing. Take care of yourself until you feel clear again and then what you receive will be. Simple as that; it is you who are in charge of being “in charge”, charged up, recharged - get it? And so that is also what Spring does for you as it is purely delightful to see the tips of the tulip leaves peeking up from the ground and to hear the birds and see the long lines of geese in the sky. The colours begin to sharpen and the fresh smells arise. You get another chance. You get to be reborn AGAIN. Yes, this birthing stuff does get tiring, but isn’t it all worth it? Labour pains are always worth it. Just breathe.
Your physical body continues to morph. Yes it is tiring and painful and makes you feel sludgey. Push past it. Drink more water and move more. Get out there and exercise your lungs in the crisp air. Wake up. The animals have, and so it is time for you. They don’t question it or resist… And so you have an opportunity to reduce/release more resistance…that’s a beautiful thing!  Let it go and fly! Leave the back pack behind and take off! Do not wait for outside encouragement, just do it!  Continue to feed it high vibration nourishment filled with light. You are correct in following all of your instincts in relation to fuel right now: more fresh, less cooked or processed, decrease salt and sugar and intake from animal sources. Think sustainable, homegrown and fresh. It matters as you maintain consideration for the planet, the ecosystem and your personal intentions to love yourself lighter. Each conscious choice matters and affects your life. Just as you are waiting for the maple sap to fill the buckets, so you nourish your own body in the same way. Each drip matters and is an expression of the life force you sustain within. It matters. Pay attention.
Keep maintaining your personal environment. Nurture it as you do yourself. What surrounds you is an outer expression of creativity that also feeds back at you, so be very clear about what is in your nest. Free yourself from clutter as much as possible so that your mind can be more clear…you don’t have to continually process and reprocess things that are disharmonious for you…this also frees your subconscious to serve and not torture you! Clear it up.
Foster your solitude, for it is precious time spent outside of time. It is where you can soar the most as you connect to the greater aspects of expression. This will inspire you so that you can give back selflessly. This is where creativity is born, fostered and nourished. This is where you accomplish your greatest service, really. The more you create “room” in this way, the more room there is for others to find it too. The world needs more room.
Detach from the drama of others. You can still be in it, but continue to monitor your exposure to this until you are able to be in a mud storm without being affected. This requires patience and diligence until then, so be cautious. It doesn’t mean to put your head in the sand and white knuckling it until it is over. It means standing clear in the midst of it. There is a profound difference and you must come to know this. Standing a light beacon in the storm is of value, possoming in the sand is not. This is a particular lesson for you as you are very sensitive, so the blossom must close to withstand the storm, to reopen again in the sun.
Be protective of yourself by outside stimulus that is not supportive of this incubation time.  As you continue to morph into your higher expression, it is very important to keep considering what you choose to take with you. Anything old gets left behind. Anything cumbersome gets left. The old ways and beliefs and structures no longer serve. Keep asking for strength and insight about your choices and trust that you are always supported and that light shines on the path. You do not need advance confirmation as the edge of creation is creating itself, so is not able to predetermine. That is the old way, let go of the need to know. (This is also something that keeps you stuck!) Let go of the need to know because you can’t, so it is wasted energy. Trust. Love. Courage. Strength. Joy. You can do it!
And so this Spring Equinox and full moon just before Easter is the perfect reset button to begin again with the basics so that you may soar higher than you have ever flown before. When you do this, it helps others, for you set the stage for others. Your diligence inspires. It is all internal focus for now with the intention that it serves the world. It seems so basic, but it is profoundly transformative to return to basics with the greater consciousness you have attained, for each level is purified so it can spiral up. Do not get discouraged, for that is not being aware of the extreme importance of what you are doing to serve your world. Lift yourself so that all others are lifted!
Rejoice in the rebirth, each time as if it was the first time, for it is always the first time. Return to innocent perception and you will be reborn anew, this is the message of the bunny, of the egg, of the tulip, of the pastel colours, of the green grass, of the cornucopia of abundance that is promised by the resurgence of life. Go with it. Become it too. Let it lift you up and inspire you to be new again, fresh with life. Resurrected anew.
Jesus reminds us of that, for you can do as much as He and more…remember?  That is why you are here. To experience forgetting and remembering until you no longer forget to remember. You die until you are born to eternal life and you must become like a child to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. So lighten up and remember. Then you will no longer forget when death and Spring comes again.
In constant embrace of All That You Are, we are,
The Council of Light Within

Wheel of Fortune: The Turning Point

"You are currently undergoing the transition into spiritual-galactic adulthood as you venture beyond the leg of the journey that we refer to as the embodiment phase. This phase is nearing completion and there will be so much to share with you in the coming weeks...

For now, realize that you are the brigade by which all evolutionary change will be based. You to whom we speak are the true light-bearers…for you brought light where there was none…into every corner, every facet of human life…and every industry, every nation, every culture of the world is changing because of your silent triumphs. It is because of each of you that the new paradigm is anchored firmly in place, and it is because of you, the ground & grid-workers, that the new era of human consciousness shall begin and prevail."
- Seven Sisters of Pleiades
Reconnection Completion
According to the Pleiadians, the reconnection completion of our dormant DNA (known by conventional scientists as 'junk' DNA)...which includes 12 strands of the double-helix and 24 light, or acceleration-codes of the matching pairs (12 magnetic/female & 12 electric/male)...commences on the 11:11, the universal gateway they are calling  "the portal to living in full 5th dimensional consciousness."  This is the activation of the full silicate matrix, or divine blueprint, which contains the original 12-Strand DNA code structure of the original spiritual-human prototype.

From what I understand, this completion also marks the beginning of the physical journey into oneness for all those who have activated these codes within…the part where we actually become the living examples of a new-humanity.

"Now, we say this with great care, for we understand that you are tired, and you are prostrate from exertion, and that you may feel as though rest is needed after all the work you've accomplished...but we assure you that the invigoration that you will feel from a fully-fired system (kundalini), an activated sacred template, will replace any feelings of fatigue you are enduring. We also say this so that you are reminded that there is great work to be done in this phase of the global process, and lovingly we add that there will be 'no rest for the weary'."   - Seven Sisters

There is more information on this to come in subsequent updates, but for now we are being urged to continue to nurture ourselves thru the remaining days of the embodiment process, and allow our physical selves to come into complete alignment with the rest of us, in our own perfect timing.
Prophesy Fulfilled?
"There is a significant cosmic event that is soon to take place that will herald the beginning of the new phase.  This, of course, will not be understood by many, but will be regarded as the signal to begin the implementation phase by those with eyes to see…the awakened ones, those of indigenous cultures and self-run systems of governance. We also want to make it clear that this event is not to create a cataclysmic scenario as so many are predicting, but more of a recollection, an impression, an awareness by those who "rule" the world that there is MUCH more than meets the eye."  - Seven Sisters

I am hearing that this one event..and apparently there are few out-of-this-world discoveries on the way…but this one in particular is directly related to the DNA reconnection completion and the "firing" of our new human system.  I imagine that this event is intimately connected to the well-known (and sensationalized) "comets" headed our way this month and next, but what's interesting is that when I ask the Pleiadians about this they say that:

"There is a comet referenced that is actually not a comet at all, but a celestial body that houses a very advanced civilization.  There is also that which many are calling 'the comet of destruction'  but we assure you it is not in the way that most think.  This comet is the prophesied "harbinger of peace", and toward that end it will create changes and upheaval, but not in a way that will destroy the earth."

What's also interesting….besides the fact that no one has any solid idea of how all this will unfold…is that back in February, I received a message from a group of archangels  who talked, in no uncertain terms, of the return of a 12th planet that they refer to as "Nibiru" (another target of sensationalism, so please refrain from hitting the panic-button) and how this directly impacts our 12th dimensional consciousness. They mentioned that:

"in the coming days, there will be even greater awareness of the implications of Nibiru's presence in your solar system, and those who have fully reconnected and activated their 12th dimensional human-galactic genetics will be brought into alignment with the energies and beings from this celestial body."

They also mentioned that:

"... the yet-to-be-officially-discovered-planet is, in large part, responsible for setting the new consciousness course for humanity, and will enable the 12th dimensional field of perceptual reality to be projected into form…a dimension which they refer to as the field of mind-body connection.

Like all planets, this 'new' planet on its way to our awareness is the macrocosmic expression of our microcosmic experience on earth….the 12th dimensional cosmic interplay required for the full integration of spirit into physical form."

And from their perspective, that all connects thru the understanding that:

…"there are 12 fundamental spiritual energies in our universe which seek a physical expression. This expression (where a planetary energy operates or is released in our lives) is accomplished thru 12 zodiac signs, 12 astrological houses and 12 planets.   And just as each of the 12 astrological houses has its own ruling planet, meaning and associated zodiac sign... each of our chakras have their own ruling planet, meaning and associated zodiac sign. These 12 cosmic/celestial energies…the vital forces of existence... are expressed thru the human body via 12 chakras which connect to the 12 strands of activated DNA in the new-human template, or the original divine-human blueprint...and each of the 12 strands of our DNA correlates to one of the twelve aspects of multi-dimensional consciousness, or perceptual fields of awareness."

In other words, I am told that these (prophesied) events...however they unfold and whatever they are called...herald the the beginning of cosmic consciousness, the entrance into spiritual adulthood/galactic citizenship both for the planet and for those who are leading the planet to this destination, and all "happen" to take place right around the end of the 9th wave and the completion of the Mayan Calendar (10/28/11).

And just to stretch you a bit further, this cosmic event that they refer to will supposedly have "a major impact on the magnetic grid, so much so that a reversal of polarity will take place...but not in the way that has been aggrandized."  My feeling is that this is not necessarily an electromagnetic pole shift as some believe, but a shift in the polarity of consciousness.

Again, no one (myself included) has any solid idea of exactly what or how this will come to pass…which is mostly the fun of it all.  The point is to simply remain a witness to the unfolding while maintaining a sense of calm, wonder and awe as many more people awaken and hook into the  global resonance required for this new world to operate.
On Global Changes
"The time has come for great change in your outer world." - Seven Sisters

There is already so much taking place both within us and around the planet that the unseens want to harness the opportunity to reinforce the message of joy and hope during the increasingly more dramatic changes that will continue to take place all around us...and to remind us that all is well, regardless of outside appearances.

The message is as it always is…for us to view change for what it is: the switch from a separation-based societal mindset, to a society based in unity-consciousness and love.  We are being reminded that this is all we need to understand with regard to the dismantling and upheaval that will continue to take place in the outside world...that the details are merely symptoms of this changing process and at the core, all movement is leading to the outcome that we desire, both individually and collectively.

Having said that, they are also making it clear that great transformation is indeed upon us…big changes in the world as we know it…and that this change is ultimately for the good of all, yet may be immediately perceived as a threat to those who carry fear in their hearts and separation in their minds. Whatever unfolds, it will be for those of us who are centered in truth…with the inner-knowing that ALL is perfect and well…. to remain in our hearts, thereby quelling the fears of those around us with our unwavering optimism toward any global restructuring.

"Ignore the fears & protests and stay anchored in your heart-center…neutral to chaos and while maintaining a sense of trust in the overall plan. Switch your focus to the undeniable feelings of optimism rising within you instead.  These feelings that are emerging are a true indication of whats around the next bend...not what it appears to be, but what it feels to be." -Seven Sisters
 Clicking into Place
The sisters are also wanting to point out that those who have consciously been working toward the goal of ascension with the understanding that there is something specific for you to contribute, that there will be a "clicking into position" as a result of these nebulous cosmic events.  Not necessarily because of them, but because of the timing of them…that there is a great plan at play and all is perfectly and divinely orchestrated to the end result of achieving heaven on earth.

Those souls, who the unseens refer to as the 'second wave initiates'... the visionaries, new-earth program planners, cosmic correspondents, blueprint architects/builders, musicians, artists and new-paradigm healers, etc.…will in some cases be joining forces with the wisdom keepers, elders, seers, grid-layers activators, etc...all those needed to bring forth the information from the unseen realms for the first phase of planetary ascension... to begin the ground-level phase of implementation that we have been bursting at the seams to create.

Those who are drawn to work within the blueprint of new earth will be brought together in soul clusters, or pods, to begin the community level organizing that is required to bring the bigger (divine) plan into form.  We will be brought into alignment with those who share our particular vision/plan/contribution/aspect of the new earth to begin the next phase where we unite with our soul-community to share our greater visions with the outside world. These creations will be the proverbial Phoenix, rising from the ashes of the intensive global purification process.

This phase will apparently begin around the equinox and will be brought into greater concentration at the solstice…and this is also the time when many soul partnerships will be brought together for the purposes of reuniting in sacred union and under new earth guardianship.

"These unions are the merging of God-dess, the outward manifestation of the sacred marriage of the divine feminine and masculine energies within.  Some of these couples are sacred counterparts in disguise, not visible under the cloak of separation, but these relationships will reveal their true purpose in the days to come.  Be steadfast on your quest to inner-completion, for the gifts that you seek in the outside world are merely the reflection of your wholeness within." -Seven Sisters

I am told that these sacred partnerships will be the 'new earth keepers'... many of which will be bringing forth new rainbow souls to assist in the unfolding of earths evolutionary plan.  Others will be the caretakers & stewards of the grid, protecting sacred portals with force-fields of (community) unity consciousness. Those stepping into these roles are already well aware of their soul's plan, even if only by desire.  The next few months will be bringing these plans to fruition.
A Message For "The Strays"
Lastly, the unseens mention that those who are aligned with the ascension timeline but who are not teachers of new-humanity, or who are still unsure of their participation in the divine plan, that there is much unfolding in your lives that is leading you to your "promised land". They refer to these star-souls as "strays", because they have, as part of their soul's plan, left their birth-families behind in search of their soul-families as part of the "path" to finding their true home within their sacred inner-domicile.

"We say this not as an indication that you are to simply arrive in paradise, but that you are being guided by your inner-knowing to create it....to the places by which you belong for the next phase of the journey.  You may not, as yet, have a conscious understanding of what that means, but we assure you that you are exactly where you need to be in this and every moment."  -Seven Sisters

When this particular group of souls come together, they will remember each other from long ago and will begin to form an important part of the population of awakened/awakening ones who will work together, grow together, and resolve any inner-healing still required for purification. This group is apparently in great need of support right now and this message is to let you know that you will be reunited with your true family soon.

You will know this to be true if you have recently moved to a new geographic location, joined a new organization…spiritual or otherwise…or simply found a new group of souls to commune with via the Internet.   Either way, these new connections will fulfill you and bring you into rapid inner-alignment with your unique part of the divine plan, and the collective soul plan for your particular group consciousness.
Wheel of Fortune
Things are starting to really speed up (save for our weary bods) and many are diligently preparing their lives to take off in unknown directions. This mercury retrograde couldn't have come at a better time as it is enhancing our preparation by serving to pull us back, like a sling-shot, to go over the many details necessary and capture some final, albeit perspective-changing pieces of our personal and creative puzzles…before we are hurled into greater action this autumn.

This time is serving a very important purpose for any unfinished business/projects/relationships/situations, etc. that we need to bring to completion, and in some cases, this new information may mean some massive restructuring to align our selves/visions/creations fully with the cosmic pulse...which is beating so loudly now.   On a personal level, anything that we have not faced squarely, dealt with in an honest manner, or put on the back burner will continue to be brought to the surface until resolved.  In most cases, these are the little things that we didn't think mattered, but we are finding that EVERYthing matters here.

Our long-held desires are beginning to push through the illusion we have been living for so very long, and that means many things that we have been waiting for/working toward are/will be effortlessly falling into place. We are starting to see all the threads of our long journey weave together into the tapestry of a brand new life, and as a result, a new found confidence is emerging, an assuredness that is so deeply rooted in the calm center of our authentic selves.  We are becoming even more deeply attuned to the inter-connectivity of it all and discovering our new/true roles and divine purpose for being here.

Spirit is showing me the major arcana "Wheel of Fortune" tarot card as an indication that we approaching our "destiny".  We are beginning to feel the tempo of life speed up as we are swept away by new opportunities in a series of developments that will support us in rejoining the world of activity again.

There are moments where this powerful, fast moving wheel of energy can feel chaotic, ungrounded and dizzying…but only if we hang on in an attempt to control the outcome. And if we hold on too tight (to what we know) we may risk repeating the same cycles again.

The purpose of this part of the ride is to gain enough momentum to be thrown off the (karmic) wheel in absolute trust that we will land exactly where we unexpectedly belong.

And we will.

To the unexpected!
