Remember?

Beloved, there is always more to say! There is always more, that is the miraculous nature of the universe, so if you are feeling otherwise, it’s a sign that you are not in the flow. It’s okay, it happens. It is just important to remember that this feeling of not sailing because the wind is not blowing is just a phase. There is always more to do and say and grow and expand and accomplish and give and experience and flow, and just simply more ands and ands… Thinking otherwise will keep you stuck even when the wind starts to move again. And so it is this time of year of new growth and rejuvenation and birth. It helps. Calling in more light to you always helps. Requesting that it sharpen helps. There is no need to accept dull and out of focus. Spirit never is, but the receptor can be (respectfully true!). So just choose otherwise. You are not dull or stuck or boring or complete. It is true that you may be tired, but that is just temporal. So rest. Be in nature to recharge. Be self-nourishing. Take care of yourself until you feel clear again and then what you receive will be. Simple as that; it is you who are in charge of being “in charge”, charged up, recharged - get it? And so that is also what Spring does for you as it is purely delightful to see the tips of the tulip leaves peeking up from the ground and to hear the birds and see the long lines of geese in the sky. The colours begin to sharpen and the fresh smells arise. You get another chance. You get to be reborn AGAIN. Yes, this birthing stuff does get tiring, but isn’t it all worth it? Labour pains are always worth it. Just breathe.
Your physical body continues to morph. Yes it is tiring and painful and makes you feel sludgey. Push past it. Drink more water and move more. Get out there and exercise your lungs in the crisp air. Wake up. The animals have, and so it is time for you. They don’t question it or resist… And so you have an opportunity to reduce/release more resistance…that’s a beautiful thing!  Let it go and fly! Leave the back pack behind and take off! Do not wait for outside encouragement, just do it!  Continue to feed it high vibration nourishment filled with light. You are correct in following all of your instincts in relation to fuel right now: more fresh, less cooked or processed, decrease salt and sugar and intake from animal sources. Think sustainable, homegrown and fresh. It matters as you maintain consideration for the planet, the ecosystem and your personal intentions to love yourself lighter. Each conscious choice matters and affects your life. Just as you are waiting for the maple sap to fill the buckets, so you nourish your own body in the same way. Each drip matters and is an expression of the life force you sustain within. It matters. Pay attention.
Keep maintaining your personal environment. Nurture it as you do yourself. What surrounds you is an outer expression of creativity that also feeds back at you, so be very clear about what is in your nest. Free yourself from clutter as much as possible so that your mind can be more clear…you don’t have to continually process and reprocess things that are disharmonious for you…this also frees your subconscious to serve and not torture you! Clear it up.
Foster your solitude, for it is precious time spent outside of time. It is where you can soar the most as you connect to the greater aspects of expression. This will inspire you so that you can give back selflessly. This is where creativity is born, fostered and nourished. This is where you accomplish your greatest service, really. The more you create “room” in this way, the more room there is for others to find it too. The world needs more room.
Detach from the drama of others. You can still be in it, but continue to monitor your exposure to this until you are able to be in a mud storm without being affected. This requires patience and diligence until then, so be cautious. It doesn’t mean to put your head in the sand and white knuckling it until it is over. It means standing clear in the midst of it. There is a profound difference and you must come to know this. Standing a light beacon in the storm is of value, possoming in the sand is not. This is a particular lesson for you as you are very sensitive, so the blossom must close to withstand the storm, to reopen again in the sun.
Be protective of yourself by outside stimulus that is not supportive of this incubation time.  As you continue to morph into your higher expression, it is very important to keep considering what you choose to take with you. Anything old gets left behind. Anything cumbersome gets left. The old ways and beliefs and structures no longer serve. Keep asking for strength and insight about your choices and trust that you are always supported and that light shines on the path. You do not need advance confirmation as the edge of creation is creating itself, so is not able to predetermine. That is the old way, let go of the need to know. (This is also something that keeps you stuck!) Let go of the need to know because you can’t, so it is wasted energy. Trust. Love. Courage. Strength. Joy. You can do it!
And so this Spring Equinox and full moon just before Easter is the perfect reset button to begin again with the basics so that you may soar higher than you have ever flown before. When you do this, it helps others, for you set the stage for others. Your diligence inspires. It is all internal focus for now with the intention that it serves the world. It seems so basic, but it is profoundly transformative to return to basics with the greater consciousness you have attained, for each level is purified so it can spiral up. Do not get discouraged, for that is not being aware of the extreme importance of what you are doing to serve your world. Lift yourself so that all others are lifted!
Rejoice in the rebirth, each time as if it was the first time, for it is always the first time. Return to innocent perception and you will be reborn anew, this is the message of the bunny, of the egg, of the tulip, of the pastel colours, of the green grass, of the cornucopia of abundance that is promised by the resurgence of life. Go with it. Become it too. Let it lift you up and inspire you to be new again, fresh with life. Resurrected anew.
Jesus reminds us of that, for you can do as much as He and more…remember?  That is why you are here. To experience forgetting and remembering until you no longer forget to remember. You die until you are born to eternal life and you must become like a child to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. So lighten up and remember. Then you will no longer forget when death and Spring comes again.

Wheel of Fortune: The Turning Point

Reconnection Completion

According to the Pleiadians, the reconnection completion of our dormant DNA (known by conventional scientists as 'junk' DNA)...which includes 12 strands of the double-helix and 24 light, or acceleration-codes of the matching pairs (12 magnetic/female & 12 electric/male)...commences on the 11:11, the universal gateway they are calling  "the portal to living in full 5th dimensional consciousness."  This is the activation of the full silicate matrix, or divine blueprint, which contains the original 12-Strand DNA code structure of the original spiritual-human prototype.

From what I understand, this completion also marks the beginning of the physical journey into oneness for all those who have activated these codes within…the part where we actually become the living examples of a new-humanity.

"Now, we say this with great care, for we understand that you are tired, and you are prostrate from exertion, and that you may feel as though rest is needed after all the work you've accomplished...but we assure you that the invigoration that you will feel from a fully-fired system (kundalini), an activated sacred template, will replace any feelings of fatigue you are enduring. We also say this so that you are reminded that there is great work to be done in this phase of the global process, and lovingly we add that there will be 'no rest for the weary'."   - Seven Sisters

There is more information on this to come in subsequent updates, but for now we are being urged to continue to nurture ourselves thru the remaining days of the embodiment process, and allow our physical selves to come into complete alignment with the rest of us, in our own perfect timing.

Prophesy Fulfilled?

"There is a significant cosmic event that is soon to take place that will herald the beginning of the new phase.  This, of course, will not be understood by many, but will be regarded as the signal to begin the implementation phase by those with eyes to see…the awakened ones, those of indigenous cultures and self-run systems of governance. We also want to make it clear that this event is not to create a cataclysmic scenario as so many are predicting, but more of a recollection, an impression, an awareness by those who "rule" the world that there is MUCH more than meets the eye."  - Seven Sisters

I am hearing that this one event..and apparently there are few out-of-this-world discoveries on the way…but this one in particular is directly related to the DNA reconnection completion and the "firing" of our new human system.  I imagine that this event is intimately connected to the well-known (and sensationalized) "comets" headed our way this month and next, but what's interesting is that when I ask the Pleiadians about this they say that:

"There is a comet referenced that is actually not a comet at all, but a celestial body that houses a very advanced civilization.  There is also that which many are calling 'the comet of destruction'  but we assure you it is not in the way that most think.  This comet is the prophesied "harbinger of peace", and toward that end it will create changes and upheaval, but not in a way that will destroy the earth."

What's also interesting….besides the fact that no one has any solid idea of how all this will unfold…is that back in February, I received a message from a group of archangels  who talked, in no uncertain terms, of the return of a 12th planet that they refer to as "Nibiru" (another target of sensationalism, so please refrain from hitting the panic-button) and how this directly impacts our 12th dimensional consciousness. They mentioned that:

…"in the coming days, there will be even greater awareness of the implications of Nibiru's presence in your solar system, and those who have fully reconnected and activated their 12th dimensional human-galactic genetics will be brought into alignment with the energies and beings from this celestial body."

They also mentioned that:

"... the yet-to-be-officially-discovered-planet is, in large part, responsible for setting the new consciousness course for humanity, and will enable the 12th dimensional field of perceptual reality to be projected into form…a dimension which they refer to as the field of mind-body connection.

Like all planets, this 'new' planet on its way to our awareness is the macrocosmic expression of our microcosmic experience on earth….the 12th dimensional cosmic interplay required for the full integration of spirit into physical form."

And from their perspective, that all connects thru the understanding that:

…"there are 12 fundamental spiritual energies in our universe which seek a physical expression. This expression (where a planetary energy operates or is released in our lives) is accomplished thru 12 zodiac signs, 12 astrological houses and 12 planets.   And just as each of the 12 astrological houses has its own ruling planet, meaning and associated zodiac sign... each of our chakras have their own ruling planet, meaning and associated zodiac sign. These 12 cosmic/celestial energies…the vital forces of existence... are expressed thru the human body via 12 chakras which connect to the 12 strands of activated DNA in the new-human template, or the original divine-human blueprint...and each of the 12 strands of our DNA correlates to one of the twelve aspects of multi-dimensional consciousness, or perceptual fields of awareness."

In other words, I am told that these (prophesied) events...however they unfold and whatever they are called...herald the the beginning of cosmic consciousness, the entrance into spiritual adulthood/galactic citizenship both for the planet and for those who are leading the planet to this destination, and all "happen" to take place right around the end of the 9th wave and the completion of the Mayan Calendar (10/28/11).

And just to stretch you a bit further, this cosmic event that they refer to will supposedly have "a major impact on the magnetic grid, so much so that a reversal of polarity will take place...but not in the way that has been aggrandized."  My feeling is that this is not necessarily an electromagnetic pole shift as some believe, but a shift in the polarity of consciousness.

Again, no one (myself included) has any solid idea of exactly what or how this will come to pass…which is mostly the fun of it all.  The point is to simply remain a witness to the unfolding while maintaining a sense of calm, wonder and awe as many more people awaken and hook into the  global resonance required for this new world to operate.

On Global Changes

"The time has come for great change in your outer world." - Seven Sisters

There is already so much taking place both within us and around the planet that the unseens want to harness the opportunity to reinforce the message of joy and hope during the increasingly more dramatic changes that will continue to take place all around us...and to remind us that all is well, regardless of outside appearances. 

The message is as it always is…for us to view change for what it is: the switch from a separation-based societal mindset, to a society based in unity-consciousness and love.  We are being reminded that this is all we need to understand with regard to the dismantling and upheaval that will continue to take place in the outside world...that the details are merely symptoms of this changing process and at the core, all movement is leading to the outcome that we desire, both individually and collectively.

Having said that, they are also making it clear that great transformation is indeed upon us…big changes in the world as we know it…and that this change is ultimately for the good of all, yet may be immediately perceived as a threat to those who carry fear in their hearts and separation in their minds. Whatever unfolds, it will be for those of us who are centered in truth…with the inner-knowing that ALL is perfect and well…. to remain in our hearts, thereby quelling the fears of those around us with our unwavering optimism toward any global restructuring.

 Clicking into Place

The sisters are also wanting to point out that those who have consciously been working toward the goal of ascension with the understanding that there is something specific for you to contribute, that there will be a "clicking into position" as a result of these nebulous cosmic events.  Not necessarily because of them, but because of the timing of them…that there is a great plan at play and all is perfectly and divinely orchestrated to the end result of achieving heaven on earth.

Those souls, who the unseens refer to as the 'second wave initiates'... the visionaries, new-earth program planners, cosmic correspondents, blueprint architects/builders, musicians, artists and new-paradigm healers,etc.…will in some cases be joining forces with the wisdom keepers, elders, seers, grid-layers activators, etc...all those needed to bring forth the information from the unseen realms for the first phase of planetary ascension... to begin the ground-level phase of implementation that we have been bursting at the seams to create.

Those who are drawn to work within the blueprint of new earth will be brought together in soul clusters, or pods, to begin the community level organizing that is required to bring the bigger (divine) plan into form.  We will be brought into alignment with those who share our particular vision/plan/contribution/aspect of the new earth to begin the next phase where we unite with our soul-community to share our greater visions with the outside world. These creations will be the proverbial Phoenix, rising from the ashes of the intensive global purification process.

This phase will apparently begin around the equinox and will be brought into greater concentration at the solstice…and this is also the time when many soul partnerships will be brought together for the purposes of reuniting in sacred union and under new earth guardianship.

"These unions are the merging of God-dess, the outward manifestation of the sacred marriage of the divine feminine and masculine energies within.  Some of these couples are sacred counterparts in disguise, not visible under the cloak of separation, but these relationships will reveal their true purpose in the days to come.  Be steadfast on your quest to inner-completion, for the gifts that you seek in the outside world are merely the reflection of your wholeness within." -Seven Sisters

I am told that these sacred partnerships will be the 'new earth keepers'... many of which will be bringing forth new rainbow souls to assist in the unfolding of earths evolutionary plan.  Others will be the caretakers & stewards of the grid, protecting sacred portals with force-fields of (community) unity consciousness. Those stepping into these roles are already well aware of their soul's plan, even if only by desire.  The next few months will be bringing these plans to fruition.

A Message For "The Strays"

Lastly, the unseens mention that those who are aligned with the ascension timeline but who are not teachers of new-humanity, or who are still unsure of their participation in the divine plan, that there is much unfolding in your lives that is leading you to your "promised land". They refer to these star-souls as "strays", because they have, as part of their soul's plan, left their birth-families behind in search of their soul-families as part of the "path" to finding their true home within their sacred inner-domicile. 

"We say this not as an indication that you are to simply arrive in paradise, but that you are being guided by your inner-knowing to create it....to the places by which you belong for the next phase of the journey.  You may not, as yet, have a conscious understanding of what that means, but we assure you that you are exactly where you need to be in this and every moment."  -Seven Sisters

When this particular group of souls come together, they will remember each other from long ago and will begin to form an important part of the population of awakened/awakening ones who will work together, grow together, and resolve any inner-healing still required for purification. This group is apparently in great need of support right now and this message is to let you know that you will be reunited with your true family soon.

You will know this to be true if you have recently moved to a new geographic location, joined a new organization…spiritual or otherwise…or simply found a new group of souls to commune with via the Internet.   Either way, these new connections will fulfill you and bring you into rapid inner-alignment with your unique part of the divine plan, and the collective soul plan for your particular group consciousness.

Wheel of Fortune

Things are starting to really speed up (save for our weary bods) and many are diligently preparing their lives to take off in unknown directions. This mercury retrograde couldn't have come at a better time as it is enhancing our preparation by serving to pull us back, like a sling-shot, to go over the many details necessary and capture some final, albeit perspective-changing pieces of our personal and creative puzzles…before we are hurled into greater action this autumn. 

This time is serving a very important purpose for any unfinished business/projects/relationships/situations, etc. that we need to bring to completion, and in some cases, this new information may mean some massive restructuring to align our selves/visions/creations fully with the cosmic pulse...which is beating so loudly now.   On a personal level, anything that we have not faced squarely, dealt with in an honest manner, or put on the back burner will continue to be brought to the surface until resolved.  In most cases, these are the little things that we didn't think mattered, but we are finding that EVERYthing matters here. 

Our long-held desires are beginning to push through the illusion we have been living for so very long, and that means many things that we have been waiting for/working toward are/will be effortlessly falling into place. We are starting to see all the threads of our long journey weave together into the tapestry of a brand new life, and as a result, a new found confidence is emerging, an assuredness that is so deeply rooted in the calm center of our authentic selves.  We are becoming even more deeply attuned to the inter-connectivity of it all and discovering our new/true roles and divine purpose for being here.

Spirit is showing me the major arcana "Wheel of Fortune" tarot card as an indication that we approaching our "destiny".  We are beginning to feel the tempo of life speed up as we are swept away by new opportunities in a series of developments that will support us in rejoining the world of activity again.

There are moments where this powerful, fast moving wheel of energy can feel chaotic, ungrounded and dizzying…but only if we hang on in an attempt to control the outcome. And if we hold on too tight (to what we know) we may risk repeating the same cycles again.

The purpose of this part of the ride is to gain enough momentum to be thrown off the (karmic) wheel in absolute trust that we will land exactly where we unexpectedly belong.

The Angels are Watching Over Us All

“If the world is ending, should I just go ahead and change my life and do everything that my heart desires to do right now?” The female caller on my hayhouseradio.com show was sincere as she asked me whether she should focus upon her dreams, if the world was about to end.

With the Japanese earthquake, the Mayan calendar ending next year, and earth changes in the news, it’s normal to think about our mortality – individually and collectively. In fact, to do so is VERY healthy!

When I was an undergraduate, I took a college psychology course called “On Death and Dying,” which was the study of Elisabeth Kubler-Ross’s stages of grief. We learned how to help ourselves and others cope with loss. And as field trips, our class visited funeral parlors, crematoriums, and cemeteries.

This pushed me to examine my own fears and anxieties about death. These fears, called “existential anxiety,” are based upon worries whether life holds meaning and purpose, and whether there is an afterlife, reincarnation, or just “nothing” afer death.

I realized that I was procrastinating pursuing my dreams, such as writing a book, because I believed it would passively happen some day in the future when I had more time. Upon closer examination, I realized that I believed I would write my book when I retired from working as a senior citizen. I also intuited that I was both afraid of success and of failure. To avoid all of these feelings, I’d avoided working on my book and other dreams.

Once I made these ah-hah! realizations, my fears lessened.  Fears always lessen when you confront them. That’s why the ego compels us to keep stuffing fears down with addictive behaviors.

Within two years, I’d written my first book and was published. After graduation, when I began working as an eating disorder therapist, I focused upon helping my clients to confront their hidden fears, too.  The question I’d often ask my clients is one that I’d like to ask you, too:
“If you knew that you only had a short amount of time to live, what changes would you make in your life?”

My clients would answer with wonderful goals and desires, such as learning how to fly an airplane; traveling more; doing volunteer charitable work; playing a musical instrument; starting their own business; and having more fun and leisure.
           
We would then examine their answers and ask another question: “What are you waiting for?” Once they began working on their dreams, their anxieties and depression symptoms lessened or disappeared.
           
Yes, the Mayan calendar ended in 2012. Yes, the tragedies in Japan and other places experiencing changes are intense right now. But this doesn’t mean the world is going to end.  The angels have been showing me visions of the earth’s future since I was a little girl. . . and the future is beautiful.  They show me an Eden-like world with peaceful people cooperating with one another.

We are going through major changes in the world, which will culminate in blessings for us all collectively.  And even if the world were going to end, how would you want to spend your last days? In worry, anxiety, and fear? Or in great joy and bliss?

You were created by God, and everything that God creates is immortal and eternal. Your soul is ancient and has had many experiences . . .and will continue to do so. Even if the physical world ended, YOU would continue to live on and on . . .as would your loved ones.

So, let’s use any anxieties about the world in beneficial ways:

DO put your priorities front-and-center on your daily schedule

DO give yourself permission to pursue your goals and live your dreams now!

DO talk with God a lot, and give God your worries for healing and uplifting

DO focus upon taking excellent care of the environment

DO use positive and loving words

DO surround yourself with gentle, positive people

DO open your heart to as much love as possible. At the end of your life, what will matter most is your answer to this question: “How much did I love?”

DON’T procrastinate living your dreams

DON’T wait until you have more money, time, or ideas to begin working on your priorities
DON’T listen to negativity from yourself or others

Here’s a prayer to support you:
“Dear God, Thank you for holding me strongly in your loving arms, giving me the strength and the courage to change my life in healthy ways. Please clearly guide me and show me signs to help me know my next best step to take. Thank you for sending your angels to my side to protect and guide me and my family.”

The Dolphins’ Messages about the Law of Attraction

Recently, as I was scuba diving, I heard the unmistakable sounds of the dolphins: a beautiful melody similar to children’s laughter. I swam in the direction of the sound, and looked up to the surface where a big pod of dolphins was diving near me.

At first, I swam fast to join the pod. But they changed direction and swam away from me . . . fast! That’s when I realized that I was chasing them, and thereby chasing them away. I remembered my previous teachings from the dolphins: that they’d come to me if I’d just stay still, turn my belly to face them, and open my heart with great love to them.

Forty feet below the surface of the ocean, I turned and floated on my back with my belly in the direction of the pod. Although I could no longer see or hear the dolphins, I consciously opened my heart to them. I wasn’t “sending” them love, I was simply feeling love for them. I made sure I wasn’t doing anything similar to chasing or manipulating them. I didn’t demand that they come to me. I didn’t even will that they swim to me. I simply loved the dolphins.

In less than one minute, the pod of dolphins swam right to me! I kept my belly facing in their direction, as a sign of equality (since that’s how dolphins swim with each other). The dolphins playfully twirled and spun around, and I mirrored their actions in a fun and beautiful underwater dance. We played like this for about 20 minutes.

This interaction was another reminder and metaphor that when we chase after anything, it runs away. But if we simply open our heart and send love, we attract all of the goodness of the universe.

You can call upon the protective Archangel Michael to guard and shield you as you live open-heartedly. He will give you clear guidance, in the form of thoughts and intuition, to steer you toward people of integrity. He’ll also warn you if you’re around someone who is ego-based. As long as you listen to and follow Michael’s guidance, you’ll be able to keep your heart open with peaceful interactions with loving people.

Ascension Seats, A Gift To Raise Your Consciousness

This dear soul has asked for a description of ascension seats and their functionality. The following will assist you in understanding ascension seats and their purpose. Ascensions seats have been created to help you raise your consciousness and your vibrations to the level of fifth dimension awareness and beyond. This is a process which is accomplished through many visits to the ascension seats.
Each time you visit an ascension seat you will incorporate wisdom and the vibrational essence which is unique to that ascension seat. There are many ascension seats, each calibrated to provide you with a different aspect of conscious awareness and growth on your cosmic journey. Each ascension seat is overlighted by an Ascended Master, or by a great Being of Light who will assist you in specific areas of your growth.
Ascension seats are calibrated to certain vibrations which will help you integrate light packets of wisdom which are downloaded to you as you sit in the ascension seat. There are ascension seats available to you upon your planet, at a solar level, and at a galactic, universal and multi universal level. There are cosmic ascension seats available to you also. It is necessary to begin first to visit the ascension seats upon your planet, and as you raise you vibrations and your consciousness, you may begin to visit other ascension seats.
There are ascension seats given to you as a great gift by the Christed extraterrestrials such as the Arcturians, the Ashtar Command, the Syrians and the Pleiadians. You may also visit the ascension seat on Venus. These ascension seats are etheric, and you may visit an ascension seat by simply asking your guides and angels to take you to the particular ascension seat which you would like to visit.
Sit quietly and connect with your inner wisdom to determine which ascension seat is appropriate for you to visit in the Now Moment, and then ask your guides and angels to take you there. You will bilocate to this ascension seat, where you will be greeted by the Beloved Ones ministering to you as you visit the ascension seat. There are many ascension seats in each location, enough for as many of you who choose to visit, at any time. Feel the unique vibration of the ascension seat and location you are visiting, and as you settle in for your blessed visit, know that you will be taken care of, and you will not be allowed to incorporate more of the living light than you are able to integrate with ease and grace. You may sit in the ascension seat in the state of bilocation as you continue your activities in your earthly day, and you will know when your visit is complete. Your guides and angels will complete the bilocation process by returning you to your physical body. A visit to an ascension seat will most often last for one to two of your earthly hours. It is a most blessed gift from those of the higher realms, to assist you on your journey home.
There are many of you who are of the vibration to access most all of the ascension seats available. You will know who you are and you will be given access to these ascension seats, as you ask. For most of you, we ask you to begin with visits to your earthly ascension seats. It will be as if you are surrounded and meld with liquid golden sunlight when you visit my ascension seat and I will greet you, as will my Lady Vesta and those who will minister to you as you sit in the solar ascension seat. You will experience the blessing of a sojourn in the healing chamber of my ascension seat, calibrated to assist you with the healing of your four bodies, and polarized to the solar level of ascension to begin the healing process at the solar level as you integrate your four bodies into the solar level of liquid light. There are many of you who are already accessing solar levels of ascension. It is not linear and you have many levels of awareness available to you always. You may find yourselves at a high level of consciousness in one aspect and a lower level of consciousness in another aspect of your Self. My solar ascension seat will begin to help you integrate and bring into balance and harmony, these aspects of your Self at the planetary level, as you polarize the solar level of ascension.

Why Can't I Be Happy?

The most amazing message I ever received in the Conversations with God dialogue consisted of six words. In just a half dozen sounds I was given everything I needed to know about the experience I was having on the earth.

I was in a deep place of wondering why, up to that point, my life was not bringing me the happiness I was seeking, even though I was almost always doing work that I loved to do, being with significant others that I loved to be with, and enjoying a family that I loved to enjoy.

"What is wrong with me?" I asked God. "Why can't I be happy???"

"It's all very simple," God said. "You think your life is about you."

I wanted to know what God meant. What was God saying? Then I heard the six words that changed my life,

"Your life is not about you."

Then who, pray tell, is it about? I wanted to know.

"Your life is about everyone whose life you touch," God told me. "And it is about how you touch them. How you touch them determines how you experience your Self--and how you experience your Self determines how happy you are."

In this sense, my life was about me...but in a "reverse English" kind of way. I was to pay attention to myself by paying attention to others. I was to help myself evolve by helping others evolve. The fastest way for me to be happy was for me to make other people happy.

Now before I go any further, a caveat, please. This does not mean that you must focus on making other people happy to the exclusion of yourself. When making another happy is at the cost of you being unhappy, you are defeating your own purpose. So we are not talking here about rolling over and playing dead, or turning yourself into a carpet to be walked all over.

If another person will simply not receive the gifts you find joy in giving--or worse yet, receives them and takes advantage of them, then treats you without respect or kindness--you may wish to continue giving to that person, but in another way. Such as, for instance, giving them their freedom to pursue a close-knit relationship with another.

There are nearly 7 billion people in the world, and you are not required to continue endless giving to a person who does not value, appreciate, or honor your gift. Of course, you are not offering your gifts in order to be honored. You are offering your gifts in order to experience and express a part of yourself that speaks of who you are. Yet if who you are is not valued, but ignored or abused, then you actually hurt, rather than help, the person to whom you are giving your gift--for you have taught them that the way to continue receiving the best from others is to return their worst. And this is not something that you want to teach anybody. It is actually unkind to teach someone this.

But do not worry. As I said, the world is filled with people, and my life experience has shown me that the vast, vast majority of human beings receive gifts with gratitude, and act as wonderful mirrors for those who offer them.

There is a reason that taking the focus off of myself and placing on others has worked so effectively in changing my life. And we will pick up this discussion there next week.

Align with Love

My dear friends, we love you so very much.

Take heart dear ones, it is indeed a new year, and a time of spiritual renewal for those who have chosen to stay here upon the planet earth. It is a time when your growth is going to be just a little bit easier if you choose to align your minds and hearts with God, with love, with truth. For in truth dear ones, that is what you are all seeking. You are all wanting to feel more of God's love in your life. This is where you originated and this is you final destination. Why not include this love in every moment here in your journey upon the earth.

When things do not look as you wish, choose to believe you are loved. When people do not act as you wish, choose to be loving to yourself first, and from there to them as well. When circumstances are not yet as you wish, choose to believe that if you hold steadfast to your visions and dreams and the truth of God's love, then they will come about in perfect alignment with the entire universe.

For in truth, dear friends you are on the earth because you forgot that God's love is a constant. When you are not experiencing a loving reality, connect back to the truth of God's love. Pray to be aligned with God's will in your life, and then trust the urgings that arise in your hearts. We have said this time and again, in so many ways, and yet you cannot hear this enough - God loves you. God guides you. God is there with you, in you, and expressing through you at every moment in your life, to the degree you are willing to let love be your guide.

So this year, no matter what others choose, no matter the world circumstances, no matter what others say is possible, say to yourself, "I believe in God's love. I believe in God's wisdom. I have these inside of me and these are the eternal qualities I wish to bring to the surface in my life." For in so doing, you transform your reality and one by one, your world.

Message From Ann

It is easy to choose love when life is marvelous, you feel great, and everyone is behaving kindly around you. The real mastery occurs when you don't feel so good, when life is challenging and/or when people are not acting as you wish. Hard as it can be at times to break old human habits, choosing love really does feel better, and when you live in that truth and that higher vibration you do truly reap the rewards.

Take me and my little dog Lucy for example. I love that girl. I've done everything in my human capacity to make her comfortable and happy. Her grocery and supplement bill rivals mine. The house is lined with towels and non skid pads so when her arthritis acts up she doesn't slip and fall, and when messes happen they are easily laundered. I hold her at night, wake her up gently (after she wakes me up on and off all night), Reiki her, deliver her breakfast in bed on her tough mornings, and am kind and understanding when she needs to interrupt client sessions. She can be so sweet and cute and cuddly, but there have been many times over the course of our relationship that she's been positively hateful towards me. I have pictures to prove it otherwise no one would believe this sweet little angel could cop such an attitude!

It has alternately pained and infuriated me over the years, to the point at times when I wondered if she'd be happier with others. Nonetheless, after praying I always got the message that she needed the tenacious love I could provide, and needed the mastery that her lessons could provided. "She is your teacher of annoyance," the angels once said. Oh my goodness. It all made sense. I love her with all my heart, yet no one, human or otherwise on this planet has pushed my buttons with such laser like precision. "She really knows how to get you," the angels said. So I did as I always do, and I prayed. "God create peace in my heart even when she is in her worst moods! Show me how to handle them lovingly!" God, of course, answered.

This morning I didn't microwave her gourmet doggie breakfast fast enough, and so she trotted off into her bedroom to pout. So I followed the guidance I was getting. I let her pout and went to get some work done. An hour later I checked back in on her. "I love you. Are you ready for breakfast?" She turned away from me as she often does while in a "mood." I followed her gaze and looked into her eyes. "Love you," I said. "You're precious even if you are cranky." She shut her eyes and sighed. I felt the energy of love flowing through me genuinely and went to hug her. She resisted, but I kept sending her silent love till at long last she gave in, smiled as if to say, "Ok you got me," and fell asleep peacefully in my arms. I tip-toed out and she woke up later in a very good mood.

Now I know we can't baby everyone in our lives, nor would I even want to! In many cases it is the healthy thing to walk away from situations where others place expectations on us that don't resonate with our souls. However, I love Lucy and although there were a few times over the last twelve years where I was tempted to find her another home, in truth I wanted to work things out and create as much peace and love between us as she will allow. Clients who take care of young children or their elderly parents often report similar concerns. They love. They care, but they are often burnt out trying to make their charges happy all the time. And so the angels advise them as they did with me, "Take care of yourself too. You can't give when you're running on empty. You can't satisfy another's demands all the time, nor are you expected to. Find the balance. Release yourself from others' expectation." I love that last quote….

Release yourself from others' expectations...

I have accepted the fact that I would never ever be able to please my dog all the time unless I became independently wealthy, quit my job, fed her by hand and sat with her every waking moment. But I know in my heart that my love is enough even when she doesn't think so. Most of the time, thank God, she agrees! And when she doesn't I'll allow her her moods and love her anyway. After all, loving always feels better.
